Subject	Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Message	I can't get any right readings whatsoever with a multimeter. I'm trying to put the tps at .45 volts and it hops all over the place. Same thing with all the other things I've tried to ohm or volt out on the car. I've used 2 different meters. So it's either the handler or other (ecu?)? Helpful tips or any input would be appreciated.
